    1. Definitely not. It’s a good rendition of fairly stock arguments about short term vs long term military power but misses a lot of potential offense on how the German state maintains internal cohesion at this time. This case is very weak and relies on historical intuitions to make sense. LOC just points out the glaring weaknesses in the case but doesn’t do anything particularly unique or inventive
